New to our worship?
You will be guided
A printed order of service is provided. You may join in as you feel comfortable, or simply listen and allow the words, music and silence to carry you. Our welcomers are available if you have questions.
The Book of Common Prayer
Ancient faith, prayed together
Our regular services use the 1662 Book of Common Prayer, in accordance with the Christ Church Trust Deed. Its language and structure have formed generations of Christians in Scripture, repentance, thanksgiving and hope.
You do not need to understand every word before you come. The liturgy is learned gently over time by taking part, and visitors are always welcome to begin with us.
