DAVID GALLASCH MEMORIAL MUSIC TRUST

The David Gallasch Memorial Music Trust was established in 2012, in recognition of David’s exceptional contributions to the musical life of Christ Church, where he was choral director and organist for 45 years. The Trust fosters and promotes traditional church music;

–  Supporting Choral Scholarships

–  Maintenance of the pipe organ

– Commissioning of new musical works.

Our Mission

The Trust enables Christ Church to enhance the music offered for the greater glory of God. We focus on:

– Recruiting and Training: Developing talented choristers and musicians

– Organ and Piano Maintenance: Ensuring our instruments remain in top condition

– Building a Music Library: Curating a comprehensive collection of sacred music.
